TERMS & CONDITIONS
All our prices include VAT and for some products there is no delivery charge, please note that the only additional cost is a £15 handling charge for orders of less than £250, this amount will be added on at the checkout.
All items must be paid for prior to your order being despatched, our normal delivery time is 7 - 10 days following receipt of payment. Occasionally delivery time may go beyond 7 - 10 days due to circumstances outside of our control and in such circumstances we will endeavour to notify you and update you as to progress, extended delivery time does not negate the order.
Availability of Goods All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Times
We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Payment. Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal or, if you would rather, then we will accept a cheque. But we will need any cheque to clear before goods are sent out and you will need to contact us via email with your order requirements and delivery address.
Returned Goods Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and goods must be in the original packaging. A full refund will be provided for the goods, we will not re-imburse return postage or carriage costs It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. Please allow up to 14 days for all card refunds.
Damage in transit: It is the customers responsibilty to confirm that products are in goodcondition when they arrive. Please be aware that once you have signed the delivery documentation you have confirmed that you are happy with the product and it's condition. Signing and marking as 'unchecked' does now provide a waiver of this condition. In the event that you are not happy with the condition of the product(s) you must cleary state as such on the delivery document and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.
In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
By placing, and paying for an order it will be assumed that you have read, and are in agreement with, our Terms and Conditions.
