Terms and Conditions


All our prices include VAT and  FREE delivery on all items to anywhere on the UK mainland. For deliveries to the surrounding islands we can deliver to a forward shipper of your choice. In some cases, for certain postcodes there is a handling charge imposed by our carriers, please see our Delivery Information  for specific details.


All items must be paid for prior to your order being dispatched, our normal delivery time is 4 – 10 days following receipt of payment. Occasionally delivery time may go beyond 7 – 10 days due to circumstances outside of our control and in such circumstances we will endeavour to notify you and update you as to progress, extended delivery time does not negate the order. 

Our preferred method of payment is via NoChex – a secure, third party, payment provider based in England or, if you would rather, then we will accept a cheque, but we will need any cheque to clear before goods are sent out and you will need to contact us via email with your order requirements and delivery address.


Occasionally specifications of products may vary from descriptions given as manufacturers reserve the right to alter specifications without notice.

Our site changes regularly

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Availability of Goods    

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.


Please be aware that colours displayed on computer monitors may vary slightly form actual product colours.

Delivery Times 

We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Cancellation of order

If a customer cancels an order, and goods have not been despatched, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £25.

If a customer cancels an order, and the goods have already been despatched for delivery, the customer is responsible for any carriage charges incurred and a £25 administration fee.

Returned Goods   

Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and goods must be in the original packaging.  We will not reimburse return postage or carriage costs. It is the customers responsibility to return any such items in a pristine, saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. Please allow up to 14 days for all card refunds.

Refunds will be processed back onto the credit / debit card used to make the purchase less the £25 administration fee and a 20% re-stocking fee if the goods have not been un-packed, and a 50% re-stocking fee if they have been un-packed.

Damage in transit

 It is the customers responsibility to confirm that products are in good condition when they arrive. Please see the Damages page which forms part of our terms and conditions. Please be aware that once you have signed the delivery documentation you have confirmed that you are happy with the product and it’s condition. Signing and marking as ‘unchecked’ does now provide a waiver of this condition. In the event that you are not happy with the condition of the product(s)  you must clearly state as such on the delivery document and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.


It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.

Incomplete orders

If, for reasons outside of our control, we are unable to complete orders and a) no goods have been delivered then a full refund will be made, with no deduction of administration fee, or b) if any goods have already been delivered then we will not accept returns of those items but will refund, in full, the value of items not delivered.

In-Correct Goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Product Reviews

Customers consent to receive an invitation to review their order and products purchased.

By placing, and paying for an order it will be assumed that you have read, and are in agreement with, our Terms and Conditions.
